- Account details: Name, email, phone, village
- Training data: Lesson progress, quiz scores, certificates
- Booking data: History of experience bookings
- Usage data: Pages you visited, session duration
- AI conversations: Messages to the Jackdaw GeoAI chatbot
3. Purpose of Processing
- Provision of training and certification services
- Management of agritourism experience bookings
- Improving the platform through anonymous statistics
- Evaluation of project performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (at registration), the performance of a contract (for bookings and purchases), and our legitimate interest (for usage statistics and service improvement).

6. Cookies
We only use essential cookies for the platform's operation (login, language, CSRF protection). We don't use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
7. Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EU.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Messages from contact forms and feedback/suggestions are deleted automatically after 365 days, website-traffic analytics after 90 days, and unverified accounts after 30 days.
8. Anti-abuse measures
To protect the platform and its users from automated abuse (spam signups, brute-force attacks, verification-email abuse), we process your IP address temporarily when public forms are submitted (registration, login, contact, password reset). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), Recital 47).
We do not send data to third parties (no third-party CAPTCHAs such as reCAPTCHA). Usage counters are automatically deleted within at most one hour. We also reject signups using temporary / disposable email so we can guarantee email-based contact.
